New Era of Fisheries Policy Needed
to Secure Nutrition for Millions

in PNAS argues that for fisheries policies to be effective they must take in to
account not just fish stock conservation and environmental issues, but also
research data on the patterns and dynamics of fish trade, markets and user
consumption. Securing the critical contribution of wild fish stocks to food and
nutrition security in the developing world depends on better governance and
management of the fisheries sector. Fish is a key source of animal protein,
fatty acids, vitamins, and micronutrients like iron and zinc that contribute to
a balanced diet, and is a particularly important food source in many developing
countries..

Cassiopeia, Schedir, is a multiple and slightly variable star, 2.2
to 2.8 magnitude, pale rose, on the left breast
of the beautiful Ethiopian Queen. The
progressed eclipse chart for both the cases shows the T-square comprising
Ceres-Kronos-Hades -Pluto-Uranus on the angles. In addition Ceres-Kronos-Hades forms a Grand
Trine with Saturn and Neptune.
Uranus-Pluto
,on the one hand, brings attention to radical and self-destructive patterns rippling through generations. On the other, it
can motivate mind-expanding change in the
very foundation of consciousness that breaks us from very deep-seated and
long-standing genetic, cultural and social behavioral patterns. [2]
First Case
A need to change (Pluto-Uranus) environmental and fishing (Neptune )
policies (Kronos) so that the poor and impoverished (Hades) get proper nutrition (Ceres).
Second Case
When radical health circumstances (Pluto-Hygiea) like cancer affects the breasts the message is that we
need to recognize that the way we nurture (Ceres) ourselves or others needs to go through a radical change
(Pluto-Uranus).
