NSA’s eavesdropping and the Lunar Eclipse

The US National Security Agency (NSA) is collecting the telephone records of tens of millions of Americans, US officials have confirmed. The practice, first reported by the Guardian newspaper, has been used to stop a "significant" terrorist attack on the US, a senior congressman said. On Wednesday, the newspaper published the secret order directing the Verizon company to hand over telephone data. Civil liberties groups said the details of the report were "stunning".

Shown above is the chart for the Lunar Eclipse of  25 May at Washington. The eclipse moon is placed in the tenth house – the house that rules the Government. H.S. Green notes that this makes the Government unpopular. In addition the eclipse  Sun [4ge08] is conjunct the asteroid Kron [5ge30] square Neptune [5pi20] and makes a minor hard aspect [22d30] to the asteroid Atlantis [25ge32]. [1]

The Government deceives its people by accessing confidential information.

The  eclipse [4sa08]  conjoins the heads of the Wild Beast Lupus and Scorpius, together with the writhing serpent in the left hand of Ophiuchus and three black holes that bring an element of the “twilight zone”, where any or all things are possible. The left hand of Ophiuchus eternally struggles for control of the powerful serpent, else the deepest impulses of the psyche break free. Clever, shrewd, uncaring of what others think..there may be a need to dominate, manage and manipulate others. There are  here issues of truth vs deceit and deception. [2]

On June 5 when the newspaper report was released the progressed meridian axis of the eclipse chart was conjoining the luminaries triggering the effect of the eclipse.

Cyril Fagan in his Primer of Sidereal Astrology held that while ingresses and eclipse charts are important the national chart is of greater importance.  The horizon axis of  current  lunar return chart (precessed)  [30 June 2013;  20:24 LMT; Philadelphia] for the US Sibly is 24 sa – 24ge . On this axis are the asteroids Arachne 22sa and Atlantis 28ge. Martha Wescott’s interpretation of this combination from Delineate V2 is:

You could hear something about "wire taps" because there are events on  the agenda that feature "invasion of privacy as a form of entrapment."    At another time, there might be discussion of  (Atantis:) having an insider (or getting inside information) as  (Arachne:) part of a scheme, part of a highly detailed plan, or as a  form of entrapment.  You may, at another time, see some discussion of  punitive measures because someone was "involved"--they were an accessory  or "part of the gang."
