Fukushima disaster contaminates groundwater

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster Fukushima Dai-ichi was a series of equipment failures, nuclear meltdowns and releases of radioactive materials at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant, following the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami on 11 March 2011. It is the largest nuclear disaster since the Chernobyl disaster of 1986 and only the second disaster (along with Chernobyl) to measure Level 7 on the International Nuclear Event Scale.

On July 22, 2013, more than two years after the incident, it was revealed that the plant is leaking readioactive water into the Pacific Ocean, something long suspected by local fishermen and independent investigators. TEPCO had previously denied that this was happening and the current situation has prompted Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to order the government to step in.

On  Thursday [8 Aug]  he has ordered his government to find "multiple, speedy and sure" ways to stop the spread of radioactive groundwater around the meltdown-stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, including freezing the surrounding ground.

The defining moment of the nuclear age was when the first self-sustaining nuclear chain reaction occurred in  Chicago (December 2, 1942, at 4:25 pm CWT).  What is immediately noticeable from the horoscope of the event is the Saturn-Uranus conjunction: the splitting (Uranus) of matter (Saturn). These 2 planets are opposite the Sun, and 8 to 10 degrees of Gemini-Sag has become known as the nuclear axis. [1]

If the chart for the First Nuclear Chain Reaction [FNCR] is drawn for Chernobyl and Fukushima we find that the nuclear axis aligns with  the meridian and horizon axes respectively. It is almost as though these two places were chosen, among others, for the worst  nuclear disasters.

Shown above is the  current  FNCR solar return at Fukushima.  The Ascendant of the chart [22sc] is conjunct Unukalhai , alpha Serpens – a star associated with poisons and toxic material [2] . The Ascendant and Mercury form a hard aspect to Kronos-Hades of the T-square. Here Kronos-Hades can be interpreted as messy situations (Hades) created by experts (Kronos) [3]. The IC is conjunct Neptune (water) while the descendant is with the TNP Admetus (cold or freezing) [3]. So that the solution being envisaged does fit the astrological picture. Finally if we progress the solar return chart to 8^th August we find the Pluto-Uranus-Kronos-Hades T-square  on the angles, suggesting that it was time that people stopped believing in experts and took matters into their own hands as the PM has done.  The progressed MC [8cn57] is conjunct Kronos [7cn] and the Chinese asterism Tsing (The Well). When this asterism culminated it was time to clean the existing wells, dig new ones if necessary. Rotting leaves and mud had to be removed and every care taken that the water be clear and fresh. Conjunct Hades [2cn] was Tejat [3cn] and the Chinese Youe, The Axe, a warning that those who wasted water or polluted or damaged wells, ponds or reservoirs would be decapitated. [4]
