BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (AP) — One man
had his leg severed Saturday and four others were also injured as shrapnel from
the demolition of a power plant flew into a crowd of more than 1,000 spectators
that had gathered in California's Central Valley to watch it come down,
officials said.
The crowd gathered at 6 a.m., some
sleeping in their cars overnight, in the nearby parking lot of a Lowe's Home
Improvement store in Bakersfield to watch the planned implosion of the steam
power plant owned by the public utility Pacific Gas and Electric that had been
decommissioned for decades
.
It has long
been recognized that events during a lunar month are deeply affected by the New
Moon. Here we see that the current New Moon was placed critically on the
IC at Bakersfield
opposite Pluto and square Uranus-Zeus on the horizon axis. Ebertin uses the phrase “collapse of the old order of things”
to describe Uranus-Pluto energies. Also among probable manifestations he lists “accidents”. The TNP
Zeus is associated with fire and energy, while Uranus is well known for its
connection to electricity so that we are already beginning to see an electric
power plant here. An accident while pulling down an old power plant would, therefore, be a manifestation of Uranus-Pluto.
The New
Moon in the tropical water Cancer was conjunct the hot and fiery star Sirius
[1] – a combination that should immediately make us start thinking of steam power. Diana Rosenberg confirms that
William Smith, “father of the locomotive” and Richard Trevithick inventor of
the first high pressure steam engine had placements here [2].
We will see
that such details as someone losing his leg during the accident can also be
seen provided we are willing to get away from the narrow viewpoint of modern
astrologers who claim that the only
aspect for Fixed Stars is the conjunction.
The most powerful effect of a star
is exercised when it is in conjunction or parallel with a planet…It will be
found, however, that the opposition is almost as powerful as the conjunction
and that the square has an undeniable influence which it will be unwise to
neglect. Vivian Robson, “The Fixed Stars and Constellations in Astrology”
Here we
notice that the New Moon [16cn18] was opposite the star Rukbat [16cp50].
Alpha (α)
Sagittarius, Rukbat [3], is a star on the horse's knee or leg!
