Solar Eclipse offers hope for corruption free India

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today filed a status report on coal probe to the Supreme Court. The CBI says it will stand by its FIR filed against Aditya Group Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla and former coal secretary PC Parakh, according to a report. CBI says it has strong documentary evidence to support its FIR against KM Birla. The Competent Authority mentioned in the FIR is the PMO (Prime Minister's Office). Letters of recommendation went from PMO to the coal minster.

Shown above is the current solar return for  the horoscope of India [15 Aug 1947; 0:00 IST, Delhi]. There is an interesting alignment here of the western Scales of Justice with China’s Houng-Sing, an Imperial Treasury Balance and Lifting Mechanism where standard weights and measures were kept; therefore both traditions emphasize the need for equilibrium, balance, fairness and honesty.  There are here  issues of greed, corruption and criminality, of ethics, morality, honesty and justice vs dishonesty and with these a longing for purification. Under the renewing, healing Serpent, the punishing, redeeming and purifying Centaur, Scales of Justice and Southern Cross efforts to achieve healing may ultimately be rewarded. Hence there are also  universal, legal and political milestones and advancements here. [1]

With a  Capricorn perihelion and Taurus node,  the TNO Deucalion is about economic justice and  brings to light any situation of economic exploitation. In the months preceding the naming of Deucalion, many corporations and executives went under (a water term) for their financial manipulations. [2]

With this background on the stars and the TNO Deucalion on the significant 7^th cusp of the Solar Return chart one can expect that any activation by  transits or by progression of the angles is likely to create a push towards justice and punishment of the corrupt. A powerful solar eclipse [11sc13] of 3 Nov on the 7^th cusp of the solar return chart activates the stars and TNO Deucalion mentioned above (and also falls square the meridian axis in the eclipse chart).  So there is hope for a corruption free India!
