Columba, the dove, brings peace to Iran

24 Nov. Iran and six world powers meeting in Geneva have reached a deal on Tehran's nuclear programme, foreign ministers say. No details have been released about the agreement, which has been reached after five days of negotiations.

Before going through this post, readers may like to revisit previous posts on the same subject [1][2][3]. Using the same data presented in [3] for Iran’s chart we first make the current  precessed solar return shown above. Note the Mars-Jupiter square aspecting the horizon axis. Reinhold Ebertin in his Combination of Stellar Influences describes Mars/Jupiter as “Resolutions and decisions; the settlement of conflicts”.

The solar return chart for Iran [1 Feb 79; 9:00 am IT, Tehran] progressed to 24 November, the date of the news, brings the prominent T-square to the angles. The Ascendant (and radix Moon)  is  placed at the sensitive “reaction point” of the T-square so that it should be very significant. Uranus-Pluto in the T-square represent a paradigm change or an end to the old ways of doing things.  In any sector of the sky we may find stars that represent contrary impulses. For example on the progressed Ascendant [6li]  we have lambda Bootes [7li] and 32 Virginis [7li]. Bootes was an armed herdsman sometimes depicted with a spear. In China lambda was part of Tchao-Yao, “The Brandishing of Arms”. So that here a potential for aggression and desire for domination (the old ways) can sometimes overwhelm the Virgin’s love of peace (the potential new way). But the mature may hear the Virgin’s call and combined with overlay of tropical Libra, become peacemakers. [4]

On the MC [7cn] is Gamma (γ) Gemini, Alhena [9cn], a brilliant white star located on the left foot of the Twin Pollux. Conjoining Alhena is delta Columba [8cn35] on the wing of the Dove [6] of peace so Morse noted here an  ability to negotiate a peaceful settlement in disputes. [5]  It may be interesting to add here that these stars also conjoin the Ascendant in  Obama’s current solar precessed return chart and his November lunar return.
