Eclipse brings an evolved WTO deal

Ministers from 159 countries have reached a deal intended to boost global trade at a meeting in Bali, Indonesia. The World Trade Organization's first comprehensive agreement involves an effort to simplify the procedures for doing business across borders. There will also be improved duty-free access for goods sold by the world's poorest countries. The deal, which could add about $1tn to world trade, gives developing nations more scope to increase farm subsidies.

In the 3 Nov eclipse chart, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Saturn and the Lunar Nodes, all conjoin. Juno squaring the Lunar Nodes, brings emphasis to relationships and partnerships of all types. Juno and Neptune are also conjunct in the heliocentric chart. At Geneva, Switzerland, where WTO is headquartered, Juno, the asteroid of business and partnerships is on the Ascendant.

Neptune-Juno cycles, in general, are about the dissolution of our previous ideology about what constitutes relationships and how we interrelate, and the formation of a new ideological model. This occurs not only in intimate personal relationships, but also in those of business and politics. The Juno-Neptune cycles are rather principle in formulating and evolving our morals in relationships, what is and is not acceptable in our relationships.

This current Juno-Neptune synod conjoins Fomalhaut of Piscis Australis. This is the fish's mouth into which the nourishing Aquarian waters flow. Fomalhaut embodies the essence of sidereal Aquarius—inspiring a future vision for an evolved humanitarian-based society and is the essence of philanthropy. Fomalhaut inspires new ideas and pursuits in social issues of the world. It is of the human populous and the flow of resources within that populous that creates a wholesome human condition. This Juno-Neptune 4.5-year cycle is the pinnacle of the current cycles emphasizing a humanitarian focus in partnerships and negotiations. It invites a maturing in how we interact with each other. Progressing the eclipse chart to 6 Dec. brings the Ascendant to the conjunction with Uranus [9ar] square Pluto [9cp] – a combination known to produce breakthroughs and the ending of old orders.  About the stars, mu Cephei, [9ar52in the King’s head and chi Pegasus in the area of 9 ar, Diana Rosenberg writes [2]:

Life brings issues of whether to fight to the end or agree to compromise. Here brilliant King Cepheus and high flying Pegasus inspire extraordinary achievements that carry humankind into new knowledge and realizations.

If we progress the eclipse chart at Bali we find Jupiter [20cn] conjunct the Ascendant [18cn]. At this position we have the star Castor of the Twins – Castor and Pollux.

"The Twins" are marked by the two principal stars: Pollux, the immortal extraterrestrial one, and Castor the mortal terrestrial one, the extraterrestrial incarnate. These two stars, which mark the Twins' heads, lie in the last few degrees of sidereal Gemini. The Twins stand upon the galactic equator at a 60° angle to the ecliptic plane, with the "Feet of the Twins" lying in earlier Gemini, upon the "Gate of Man". Thus, Gemini is a galactic constellation and an ecliptical constellation, which inspires the expression of sol / soul purpose through the daily activity of humankind--the theme of the Gate of Man. Sidereal Gemini is of high intensity intellectual communication, information, commerce, goods and services, and of their exchange. Castor is the liaison in the world of daily human affairs, and is of partnerships and cooperation. Castor brings resources and people together that serve to get logistics accomplished in the world of business and commerce. [3]
