The DNA Code and the Cosmic Serpent

Scientists have discovered a second code hiding within DNA. This second code contains information that changes how scientists read the instructions contained in DNA and interpret mutations to make sense of health and disease. A research team led by Dr. John Stamatoyannopoulos, University of Washington associate professor of genome sciences and of medicine, made the discovery. The findings are reported in the Dec. 13 issue of Science. http://bit.ly/1duyD6q

The 3 November solar eclipse [11sc16]  was conjunct 51 Hydrae [12sc45] in the Water Snake’s tail. Diana Rosenberg connects stars in this area to “astonishing history – and – paradigm – wrenching discoveries and events”. And this is exactly what appears to have occurred on  13 December when the progressed Ascendant of the eclipse chart aligned with the Pluto-Uranus-Hades T-square in which Uranus aspects the eclipse. Uranus-Pluto as a pair has been linked to scientific breakthrough and with Hades which is a symbol for the crude or primal substance from which life is born, it is not surprising that a break through in DNA research has occurred.

The mythology linked to the stars that form the backdrop to the eclipse and Uranus also hint at the area in which the break through might occur.

The eclipse on Hydra reminds us of the symbol of the  serpent  that has universally been connected with life itself.  In his book The Cosmic Serpent , Jeremy Narby [1] explains how inside the nucleus, DNA coils and uncoils, writhes and wriggles so that scientists often compare the form and movements of this long molecule to those of a snake. His comparison of the ancient cosmic serpent myths to the genetic situation in every living cell reveals the immortal bio-molecular wizard behind the curtain of everyday life.

Also the eclipse forms a quincunx with Uranus [9ar22] which is conjunct the star Alpha Reticuli [7ar39] in the constellation Reticulum.

Reticulum, in the very southern heavens, is the rhomboid or diamond, which embodies the essence of our DNA, that of carbon based-life forms, which we are. Reticuli is sometimes referred to as "the net"--which we might also consider as our neural-net. [2][3]
