Best Picture: 2014 Oscar Prediction

The 86th Academy Awards of  the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) will present its annual Academy Awards to honor the best films of 2013 in the United States. The ceremony is scheduled for March 2, 2014, at the Dolby Theatre in the Hollywood district of Los Angeles, California.

Astrologers have long known that signs and planets  correspond not so much to concrete  events as with insubstantial images. If behind these images can be traced a recognizable cosmic will or intent then the parts can do no more than reflect what already exists in the whole. With this principle one can make an educated guess at the winner from the star images relevant to March 2, 2014.

The chart  we will  consider here  is that of Moon’s ingress into Aries which takes place on March 2 at about 7:40 pm approximately the time the Oscar Award ceremony will be underway. Here we notice a prominent Uranus-Pluto square with Uranus[10ar46] conjunct the Ascendant [10ar52]. Both aligned with the star 12 Andromeda [9ar13] near the chained right hand of the Princess. The image here is clearly that of slavery! So from the nine final nominees my guess is that 12 years a Slave is likely to be the winner.
