On Kejriwal’s victory against the Centre

Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday called off his protest after Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung appealed that the stir be ended keeping in mind the issue of national security ahead of Republic Day celebrations. The L-G partially agreed to the demands raised by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Kejriwal told his supporters.

Arvind Kejriwal’s [16 Aug 1968; 23:46; Hisar] radix Sun [24le] is conjunct the star Subra [24le] about which Nick Fiorenza writes:

Subra, marking the end of sidereal Cancer, is the paw of the Lion. Subra asks that we dig, explore, uncover, and find a new way to navigate the passage that leads to living from the integrity and passion of out hearts, which Regulus embodies.

Synthesizing with Subra is the primary star of the very southern constellation Pictoris, the Painter's Easel. Alpha Pictoris [25le]  indicates a picture or scenario is emerging from the æthers. This is a picture assembling itself as we break trail in our discovery process. Alpha Pictoris asks us to see the pathway or entryway emerging out of the mist covering an abyss, in the rock of a mountain side, in the billowing clouds blown by the wind, in the leaves fallen upon the ground, or simply in our mind's inner eye. Alpha Pictoris asks us to creatively assemble the signs, to read the message, to see the coalescing spirit substance yet to become, to paint a new picture, a new life. [1]

Shown above is Arvind’s progressed solar return for 20/21 Jan – the date of the dharna in Delhi. Notice the  powerful  Jupiter-Pluto-Uranus T-square on the angles. The essential meaning of the T-square is summarized  from a previous post [2] as below.

Uranus is stoking the "Fires of Freedom", but of course what is held as "freedom" for one group may often be feared or experienced as anarchy by another.  The breaking down of  institutions is feared by many , and they will try to maintain their power, position and the status quo (Pluto in Capricorn) for they see no other way. While others have set their intentions and efforts against "the system", and they are carrying the torch of Creation by Destruction, rebelling, revolting and challenging the old order in an attempt to bring down what they see as a more or less wholly corrupt and unredeemable regime. With Jupiter in Cancer – the sign of empathy – throwing its weight into the T-square the winners will be those who bring into the equation the understanding that we are all part of one "Great Family", all brothers and sisters on a journey and that we need to deeply care for each other.

Since the Aam Admi Party’s agitation was about the need for the police to be more sensitive to the problems of the ordinary man it has come out a winner!
