Horoscope for the Sochi Winter Olympics

The 2014 Winter Olympics, officially the XXII Olympic Winter Games, or the 22nd Winter Olympics, is a major international multi-sport event being held in Sochi, Russia. 98 events in 15 winter sport disciplines including figure skating, skiing, and snowboard competitions will be held throughout the Games. The opening ceremony of the 2014 Winter Olympics will take place at Fisht Olympic Stadium in Sochi, Russia, on 7 February 2014, starting at 20:14 Moscow Time (UTC+4).

The chart for the start of the Olympics is shown above. On the MC is the Moon just passing over the TNP Admetus with both square Neptune on the descendant. TNP Admetus is linked to cold or low temperatures [1] while Neptune is associated with water so that the two combine to produce ice. [2]

On the IC [3sa] we have the stars 29,53 Herculis [4sa][5sa]. A Latin epithet for Hercules was saltator, “leaper” and was associated with dancers, acrobats and sports champions [3]. So here we have all the ingredients for the Winter Olympics!
