Oscar
Pistorius was born November 22, 1986; 10:30 am [EET]; Pretoria [1] . A Rodden rating of ‘A’ for this
data makes it a delight for astrologers since all manner of progressions and
transits can be accurately timed.
The most
important direction is Pistorius’ solar
arc Ascendant [10pi] square his radix Saturn [10sa45]. On the date of the
incident, transit Mars [10pi] was triggering this square. (As the trial starts
we have a New Moon [10pi] conjunct the directed Ascendant). We then note that Saturn
is conjunct the star Antares [9sa54].
Antares, the fiery red heart of the sky Scorpion
stands for an anguished, often broken heart…these people can be tough,
energetic, impulsive, obstinate and dominant. Their lives may be marred by
quarrels, with colleagues, friends and relatives who do not understand
them. Domestic life may be unhappy. Among other things Diana Rosenberg
associates this star with “sexual addiction, stress and danger of murder”. Watters
adds that when Antares is directed to an angle there is severe stress. [2]
The second thing
to notice is that his radix Sun [29sc44] is conjunct the star Toliman, alpha
Centauri [29sc18] and eta Herculis [28sc35]. Stars of Hercules are often
prominent in the horoscope of sportsmen and athletes while the stars of the
centaur shown as a man-beast combination symbolise the animal in man that can
burst out any moment. For Toliman,
Elsbeth Ebertin wrote:
Relationships to female persons often seem spoiled,
or an existing relationship is stricken by exceptional circumstances. [Fixed
Stars and Their Interpretation, Elsbeth Ebertin, 1928, p.68.]
Since the
radix Sun was adversely directed on Feb. 14, 2013 (solar arc Moon [0vi03] was square
his radix Sun [29sc44]), the murder/accident (?) is not at all surprising
especially if we now look at Pistorius’ solar return chart.
On the
Ascendant of the return chart are the following entities:

A

Progressing
the solar return chart to Feb. 14, 2013, the date of the incident brings the
progressed Ascendant to a conjunction with Mars/Pluto triggering the entire
configuration. Readers can judge for themselves whether or not the details
provided by the asteroids indicate that Pistorious’ is guilty of murder!
Finally, It is
reported that 14.2.2013; 03.20 EET; Pretoria is the time of the call made by Pistorius to the police after the shooting incident. A
chart drawn for this time has the asteroids Hera and Tisiphone on the MC. The
meaning of this combination given above itself is enough to tell us the reason
for the murder.

What do you think the outcome of the trial will be?
ReplyDeleteThe main thing to understand here is that astrology is not concretely predictive, but archetypally predictive. Having said here is a long shot at predicting the outcome using medieval astrology techniques. Currently, Pistorius’ progressed solar arc Ascendant [10pi30] squares his radix Saturn [10sa45]. In the radix, Saturn is sextile the Ascendant and in square aspect to a dignified Jupiter in Pisces. While Saturn is the 12th lord (house of imprisonment) , it gets +5 points while Jupiter lord of 11th (house of luck) gets +8 points in the table of Ptolemy’s Essential Dignities. This in simple terms means that both Saturn and Jupiter are essentially strong and dignified. I expect that he may be imprisoned but not for a long term.
