School wall collapse kills child

A 12-year-old girl has died after a wall at an Edinburgh school collapsed and landed on top of her. The Scottish Ambulance Service sent a special operation response team to Liberton High School after the alarm was raised shortly before 10:00. Police Scotland said the pupil received treatment from ambulance staff, but was pronounced dead at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed. BBC April 1, 2014.

The chart for the current New Moon at Edinburgh is shown above. With the Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto T-square placed on the angles, the New Moon is very significant for the place.

The eastern edge of the Great Square of Pegasus was Pi, The House of the Wall or simply The Wall. The New Moon [9ar59] is conjunct Algenib, gamma Pegasi (9ar20) was part of the asterism  Toung-Pi or the The East Wall.

Conjunct Jupiter [11cn20] is the asteroid Child [12cn10] on the MC [14cn46] along with the stars of Auriga. The constellation Auriga is often pictured as a charioteer with chariot reins and/or a whip in his right hand and a female goat (the star Capella)  and two kids (the Haedi) in his left arm. Robson mentions that among other things this refers to teachers who are tasked with the upbringing of young people. By association this would also refer to schools and children.  On the IC with Pluto is the asteroid Orpheus [16cp] which Martha Wescott associates with deaths while Ebertin links Uranus-Pluto combinations with collapses and endings. So in the star map for the New Moon we have all the ingredients that went into the news. But what if any was the deeper meaning of all this. Perhaps this is referring to the need to end an old way of teaching or nurturing!

The Sabian symbol for the New Moon also gives us a similar hint.

[10 Aries]  “A Teacher gives new symbolic forms to traditional images”.

Note:

In a previous I explained the essential evolutionary process unfolding in the first ten degrees of Aries thus:

The earliest sources of the myth combining Cepheus, Cassiopeia, Andromeda, Perseus, Cetus and Pegasus are not known. A king symbolically represents leadership and responsibility to bring order to a chaotic mass here represented by the sea and the sea monster Cetus. Life and consciousness are struggling to emerge from the dangerous primal soup – the sea. [ Sabian 1 degree shows a woman emerging from the sea]. Such an emergence is fraught with danger and at first susceptible to failure. Here King Cepheus  and Queen Cassiopeia represent early attempts by the ego or the tribal laws to force an arbitrary order on this chaotic matrix.  Symbolically in the story this is shown by the  imprisonment of  the next  generation – Princess Andromeda – and  the possibility of her being devoured by the sea monster Cetus. This drama is played out primarily but not exclusively in the first ten degrees of tropical Aries. The Sabian symbol for 10 Aries is “A Teacher gives new symbolic forms to traditional images”. In this phase we find the capacity to restate the problem inherent in the first phase, i.e. the problem of focusing one’s energies on emotional drives and cultural values which exclude more than they include. As a result there now arises in consciousness a desire to reformulate at a new level much that had been taken for granted because it indeed originally had been an evolutionary necessity. This is where Perseus and Pegasus are getting ready to rescue Andromeda (the trapped child!)  from the jaws of Cetus.
