Algol and the grisly murder in Georgia

Atlanta (CNN) -- By any standard, the killings are grisly. With the discovery of the body of an 87-year-old Georgia woman whose disappearance came to light after her husband's decapitated body was found in their waterfront home, authorities not only want to know who did it, but also why. Shirley Dermond's body was found in Lake Oconee, south of Athens, Putnam County Sheriff Howard Sills told reporters Friday. CNN, May 17

As this news comes in,  the Sun is transiting the star Algol [1]. Beta (β) Perseus, Algol, is a bright star positioned on the severed head that Perseus is carrying. It represents the head of the Gorgon Medusa who was slain by Perseus.

Of the nature of Saturn and Jupiter. It causes misfortune, violence, decapitation, hanging, electrocution and mob violence, and gives a dogged and violent nature that causes death to the native or others. It is the most evil star in the heavens. [Robson*, p.124.]

But why did this happen in Athens, Georgia? A chart drawn for the exact moment of the Sun’s transit over Algol (26ta22) places the highly stressful and violent  Mars-Uranus-Pluto-Jupiter Grand Cross on the angles with the Sun and Algol forming hard aspects.
