Deadly Middle East Virus arrives in U.S.

A deadly virus largely found in the Middle East has appeared in the United States for the first time, state and federal health officials said on Friday. The Indiana State Department of Health confirmed that a patient at the Community Hospital in northwestern Munster is infected with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. TIME, May 2, 2014
