With the
election results in India now indicating a landslide win for the BJP, India’s right wing party, it is
necessary to look at India’s chart to recognize the factors that led the collective to choose a lower path
despite the archetypal cosmic energies
favouring a very positive transformation much in the same way as the German
people responded to the waning Uranus-Pluto square in January 1933 when Hitler came
to power. Shown here is the chart of the Aug

For
comparison here is the current solar cardinal ingress chart for Delhi progressed to date
with the same Uranus-Pluto square on the horizon axis on May 16, 2014. While Uranus-Pluto along
with Jupiter can offer breakthrough from old patterns of thinking,(as we have in several blog posts on this site) it can show
up very negatively too as this reference [1] tells us. (While reading the extract below please do also remember that
transit Mars is currently opposite Uranus)
The Grand Cross between Pluto, Uranus, Jupiter and
Mars in April this year has many meanings for society.
Mars square Pluto (can show) how we have
been manipulating situations in order to maintain the old order and power
structures. How we have been
manipulating strife and arguments for our own benefit, how the media has been
used by power to maintain the old order.
How we are being manipulated into war-like stances. How much propaganda is true, how much can we
trust the state or the Media?
Mars opposite Uranus, how do we change our
responses to events, how do we challenge preconceived ideas.
Pluto square Uranus, how have we let our fears and
insecurities stop us from changing our responses to situations. Pluto opposite Jupiter, how are we paranoid
about different cultures, lifestyles and religions. How we are manipulating the public using their
belief systems to control them. How does
our patriotism (or religious fervor) allow us to be manipulated.
How have our
fears allowed the defeat of the courageous actions of individuals on behalf of
the people's liberties (Uranus in Aries) fighting against consolidation of power by
institutional structures facing threats to their authority (Pluto in
Capricorn).
Is the
situation any different from what the German public chose in Jan 1933 that led
to World War 2 and of course a new world order after the chaos that followed? The
scenario is frightening.
