Water Grand Trine and the H-1B visa reforms

Reforms proposed by the White House this week to would allow the spouses of certain H-1B visa holders to work in the U.S. could be good for families from countries like India, which has thousands of nationals working in the U.S. tech sector under the program. The White House has proposed reforms that would make life easier for many families moving to the U.S. to work in the country’s tech sector.

Of the four cardinal ingresses of the Sun, the Cancer and Capricorn Ingress charts are considered to be valid for a year. Shown above is the July 2013 sidereal Cancer Ingress at Washington that is still in force. The two most significant features are (a) the Grand Trine in water signs (b) the Uranus-Pluto-Jupiter T-square. In his July 2013 Lunar Planner Nick Fiorenza [1] wrote:

The Jupiter-Saturn-Neptune Grand Trine

The Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune trines occur on July 17 through July 19. Mars conjoins Jupiter at the feet of the Gemini Twins. This Grand Trine inspires action to mobilize humanitarian-based ideals that will help to establish new growth and balance in our personal relations and in our existing societal structure. It impels us to mobilize action, especially areas of commerce, communication, and in our daily lives, based on our responsibility to do what is socially and morally right. It also invites the dissolution of boundaries and segregations artificially imposed.

Neptune conjoins principal stars in sidereal Aquarius, including Deneb of Cygnus and Fomalhaut of Piscis Australis.

Pisces Australis (the southern fish) lying south of Aquarius, articulates the body of humanity, human society. Fomalhaut, one of the "Four Royal Architects," is the administrative seat of the aquatic quadrant of the heavens. Fomalhaut is the fishes mouth, both through which the Aquarian waterman pours its nourishment, and through which humanity speaks. Fomalhaut is the voice of humanity. Those with prominent Fomalhaut placements have a need to speak for humanity as a whole and about humanity's fundamental needs. They seek ways to create an evolved universal human society, one free from segregations.

Deneb embodies our unadulterated androgynous pure soul essence before fragmentation into race, sex, or creed. Deneb inspires us to stand in the awareness of our pure soul essence, in this wholeness and to participate from the maturity of unity consciousness, unbiased and beyond the segregations and categorizations common to modern-day mass-consciousness.

The Grand Trine, therefore, increases the possibility of treating immigrants and their spouses fairly and allowing them job opportunities that would normally be available to citizens. Progressing the Cancer Ingress chart to May 6, 2014 brings the Mars-Jupiter leg of the Grand Trine to the IC triggering its potential so that the reforms mentioned in the news are being proposed.
