Costa Concordia wreck raised

The wrecked Italian cruise ship Costa Concordia has been successfully raised from the under-sea platform it has been resting on for the past year, salvage workers say. The wreck - the target of one of the biggest maritime salvage operations in history - is now floating about 1m (3ft) off the platform. In all, the refloating operation is expected to take six or seven days. The ship will then be towed to its home port, Genoa, where it will be scrapped. BBC; July 14

MS Costa Concordia was a Concordia-class cruise ship built in 2004 by the Fincantieri's Sestri Ponente yards in Italy and operated from 2005 until 2012 by Costa Crociere . She was wrecked off the coast of Isola del Giglio in Italy on 13 January 2012. She has been declared a total loss and is being salvaged as of 2014, following which she will be scrapped.

The Full Moon of July 12 at Isola del Giglio is shown here. It is prominently placed on the meridian axis forming a T-square with Uranus-Pluto. The Sun [20cn03] is conjunct Castor of the Twins [20cn26] and the star nu Puppis, [17cn30] in the stern of the Argo – the celestial ship. The Twins were Argonauts, voyagers on the legendary Argo  so that in this area there is something to do with sea and ships.

Uranus-Pluto is not only associated with technological breakthrough as for example  this salvage operation but Pluto is also about scrap and junkyards where the present form of the  ship will be destroyed and regenerated into things new.
