A new technology just announced today has the
potential to wipe out diseases, turn back evolutionary clocks, and
reengineer entire ecosystems, for better or worse. Because of how deeply this
could affect us all, the scientists behind it want to start a discussion now,
before all the pieces come together over the next few months or years. This is
a scientific discovery being played out in real time.
Kenneth Oye, an associate professor of political
science and engineering systems who studies government regulation and directs
MIT’s Program on Emerging Technologies, is lead author of an article in Science
today making the case that the U.S.
The new technology
which as report says can reengineer the entire human population by tinkering
with our genes appears to throw new light on the claims of “fringe” groups. Several
of these groups claiming links to extra-terrestrial civilizations have been
saying for sometime now that:
Earth/Terra with all its people is about to go through major changes, a shift-up
in vibration, called
“upliftment”. It is a completely new
vibration, new higher consciousness & awareness, a new existence… for the first time in the planet’s history. Earth is about to transform in the near future from
its current 3D solid matter form
existence in the 3rd dimension… into 4D
crystalline fine essence matter of the fourth dimension/density reality, the
vibratory rate one frequency faster than currently on Earth, as Earth's solar
system and planet Earth are now crossing the galactic equatorial plane zone of
the Milky Way galaxy.[1]
It appears
to me that for reasons explained below perhaps the “scientific” community and these so called “fringe” groups may
be talking about the same thing.
One of the
most important tools in mundane astrology is the sidereal Capricorn Ingress
chart also referred to as the
“Capsolar”. The progression of this chart, by any of the standard methods, can
identify dates in a year when important events can be expected to take place.
Here we present the Capsolar at Cambridge ,Mass.
Reticuli, the rhomboid or diamond, a very southern
constellation, embodies the essence of our DNA, that of carbon based-life
forms, which we are. Reticuli is sometimes referred to as "the
net"--which I tend to think of as our neural-net. Alpha Reticuli
articulates the purer aspects of our DNA in its primal, pure, unadulterated
form, the sacred geometry of the DNA refined to crystal clarity--like carbon
can become a diamond--our potential. This refinement makes it possible to see
things as they truly are, providing holographic awareness literally in our DNA,
which in turn makes it possible to live in a refined state of being above the
psychic-emotional entrapments articulated by Cetus submerged in the Piscian
waters of life.[2]
Four stars of nearly equal brightness make up the
Great Square of Pegasus: Scheat, Alpheratz, Markab and Algenib. The principles
and qualities embodied in each of the four stars of the Great Square of Pegasus
reveal the requirements for our psycho-physiological preparation to become free
from the bounds limiting us from participating in a more fulfilling and
purposeful expression in the world. This "refinement of self" allows
us to rise above the bounds of the psychic-emotional entrapments common to
collective human consciousness in accomplishment of soul's greater mission.
These four stars have long been associated with the feet of a table or stand,
thus a supporting foundation or stage upon which something else transpires, is
supported, or rises from. [2]
Algenib [9ar21], gamma Pegasus, tip of the horse's
wing is one of the four stars of the Great Square of Pegasus, and a fortuitous
star. Algenib and adjoining Quasar 3C9 also of Pegasus articulates our need /
capacity to lift ourselves above Cetus, the techno bureaucratic monster of
collective human consciousness, that is, above the psychic-emotional fear-based
realm of life. This does not mean in denial of it, but in the personal clarity so
as to not be entangled or caught in it. Algenib asks us to refine our
capacities and our physical bodies (along with the themes of Markab and Scheat)
so as to become light enough to work with refined energies, to lift ourselves
above the dramatics common to human experience.[2]
Progressing
the Capsolar to July 17, brings the Grand Cross to the meridian axis triggering
it on the day the announcement at MIT was made. Notice that Venus [18cp] on the
MC aspects Neptune[3pi] which is placed amidst the stars of Pegasus, the flying
horse – a beautiful symbol for rising above the bounds of our genetic
entrapment. Among various events in this area, Diana Rosenberg lists “major
technological and scientific advances”. A further confirmation that Neptune on
the stars of Pegasus is significant in this case comes from the chart for the
Last Quarter Moon of July 18 at Cambridge Neptune is on the Ascendant and its
Sabian symbol is very revealing in our present context.

The girl or
woman here refers specifically to the biological aspect of human life. She is
seen primarily as a mother. A new race of human beings may well be slowly
unfolding some of its potential of consciousness. The individual who envisions this
evolutionary development “sounds the call”. He or she is both seer-herald and mutant.
