An estimated $1tn (£600bn) a year is being taken
out of poor countries and millions of lives are lost because of corruption,
according to campaigners. A report by the US-based anti-poverty organisation
One says much of the progress made over the past two decades in tackling
extreme poverty has been put at risk by corruption and crime. Corrupt
activities include the use of phantom firms and money laundering. The report
blames corruption for 3.6 million deaths every year. BBC; Sept 2 http://www.bbc.com/news/world-29040793
The ONE
Campaign is an international, nonpartisan, non-profit, advocacy and campaigning
organisation that fights extreme poverty and preventable disease, particularly
in Africa , by raising public awareness and
pressuring political leaders to support effective policies and programmes that
are saving lives and improving futures. It has its headquarters in Washington ,DC .
Here we look at the chart for last lunar eclipse of April 15 at Washington progressing it to September 2, the date of the report.
In his
commentary on the March 30, 2014 lunar cycle, in which the April 15 Full Moon
eclipse occurred, Nick Fiorenza wrote
[1]:
This lunar cycle stimulates a
radical change in authoritarian control of resources, especially of those
trying to control, dominate or suppress others.
The April
15 Total Lunar Eclipse occurs just into sidereal Libra conjoining Ceres and
Vesta opposite the Sun-Juno-Eris conjunction. Keyphrases for Juno given below are relevant here below tell us
what is really at stake is the question of fairness.
JUNO: question
of rights and fairness/compromise; enforcement of fairness; potential tallying
($$$ & fairness)
Notice also
the Vesta-Ceres-Moon conjunction nesting between Mars and the North Lunar Node,
creating one entire energetic directly in opposition to the entire stellium of
planets including the Sun-Juno-Eris conjunction and the Mercury-Uranus
conjunction. Thus our Lunar Eclipse becomes a significant dynamic of the Grand Square .
The Full
Moon conjoins Spica, alpha Virginis and Archturus, alpha Bootes. Bootes is
often depicted as a protector of the helpless Virgin. The Lunar focus is Ceres
and Vesta under the Archturian directive—focus, dedication and commitment to
the fundamental nourishment required to support all life on Earth and for our
evolutionary fulfillment.
The Full
Moon brings to a culmination point the message of the New Moon. Recall that the
New Moon was conjunct Uranus and the star Algenib of Pegasus – a symbol for the
need to rise above entrapping older paradigms. Therefore, the Full Moon brings the realization of our need for a radical departure from the past
and to create a revolutionary new future that supports humanity's greater
wellbeing and freedom from bondage in the fear-based techno-bureaucratic monster of collective human consciousness driving
this world.
Progressing
the eclipse chart to September 2, the date of the news, brings the slightly eclipse
Sun in the skewed Grand Cross to the meridian axis thereby triggering it. It is important to remember that a skewed configuration
like the Grand Cross here is triggered into manifestation when any element in
any leg touches the angles. Here the MC
[21ar54] conjoins Juno [23ar49] while the IC [21li54] conjoins Vesta [22li55] which
along with the rest of the planets in the stellium are creating a single composite
energetic.
Finally, we
need to understand that there may be several cycles operating at the same time.
Shown here is the Wynn Key Return for the lunar eclipse for September 2. Notice
the alignment of the Kronos-Hades-Uranus-Pluto T-square with the meridian. Delineation
for the elements provided by Martha
Wescott are as below:
Pluto-Hades: to
hear of criminal activities in the world of finance and big business
Kronos-Pluto: to
see abuse of power through misuse of laws and procedures
Since it
well known that eclipses become active at least three months before they
actually occur, we look at chart of upcoming Lunar Eclipse at Washington which once again carries the Uranus-Pluto-Kronos-Hades-Sun-Moon-Venus
Grand Cross sharply on the angles emphasizing the same themes discussed above.
