House Votes To Audit The Federal Reserve

WASHINGTON -- The House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to audit the Federal Reserve on Wednesday, a broadly bipartisan call for financial reform that accompanied two other bipartisan votes providing government perks to Wall Street on everything from higher mortgage fees to speculation in securities markets. The votes underscore unique tensions among both Republicans and Democrats. All three bills garnered strong Republican majorities while essentially splitting Democrats down the middle. "Today, the House passed the Federal Reserve Transparency Act," Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) celebrated in a Vine video. "Finally, we're gonna audit the Fed." Sept 17; http://huff.to/1qhkGNt

In his excellent analysis of the history and horoscope of the Federal Reserve  William Stickevers wrote [1]:

The Federal Reserve is the central banking system of the United States. It was created by Congress and enacted as the Federal Reserve Act which was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson on December 23, 1913 at 6:02 pm. The Federal Reserve banking system is a quasi government entity that is composed of 13 private member banks. The purpose of the Federal Reserve was to ensure monetary stability, and to prevent bank failures during times of financial panics. In order to achieve control of the nation’s money supply, Congress granted the Federal Reserve the power to print money, regulate the national interest rate, have power over member banks' reserve requirements, and have the power to conduct marketplace operations.  In essence, the Federal Reserve has the power to determine the direction and use of money in the American economy.

In 1910, plans for the Federal Reserve were drawn up on Jekyll Island, a resort island off the coast of Georgia that was privately owned by a group of billionaire bankers. During this period, the United States faced severe problems with banking in individual states, and voters were demanding reform. But instead, a cartel was created under the guise of a government agency to serve to benefit members of that group.  The Mars-Neptune-Jupiter configuration also signifies disappointments in otherwise fortunate conditions due to imprudent ideas, symbolic of how the Fed’s expansive use of its powers to prop up the financial system as it finds necessary. In general this configuration is an indication of weakness and instability and infers the Fed’s ability to harm through misdirected power

The One Hundred Thirteenth United States Congress is the current meeting of the legislative branch of the United States federal government. It is composed of the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives based on the results of the 2012 Senate elections and the 2012 House elections. It was formed on January 3, 2013 and has a duration of 2 years. The chart for 113th US Congress is shown here. Notice that the Sun [13cp] is on the MC [10cp] with Pluto [9cp] and is part of a T-square with the TNPs Kronos and Hades. Pluto which has been retrograde since April 14 is about to station direct on Sept 22 at 10cp on the MC of the chart.

People talk about Pluto transits as a time of truth, in which it is virtually impossible to sustain a fantasy or live in an illusion. When Pluto undergoes its retrograde cycles and repeats a contact to natal degree, it dredges deeper and deeper into the recesses of the unconscious, bringing to light the most secluded aspects of our nature. After repeated transits over the same degree in two or three years at station direct it gives us an opportunity to purge ourselves of some psychologically deadly pattern.

Key phrases for the elements of the T-square which incidentally also appears on the angles of the upcoming Lunar Return chart for the US Congress  and the October 8 lunar eclipse is given below.

Pluto-Hades: Investigations (Hades) into banks or the world of finance (Pluto).
Kronos-Pluto: Rules and regulations (Kronos) governing banks (Pluto)….with Uranus changes in these areas.
