Nato summit: Russia criticised over Ukraine crisis

World leaders are arriving for the NATO Summit held at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport. The summit has been marked by protests and one of the largest security operations to ever take place on British soil. Ukraine and Islamic State will top the agenda.

Western leaders have criticised Russia for its "destabilising" influence on the crisis in Ukraine, at the start of a Nato summit in Wales. Nato and the UK warned that pressure on Russia would be increased if it did not change course in eastern Ukraine. Prior to the summit, Ukraine's president briefed US and EU leaders on earlier discussions on a ceasefire plan with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Some 2,600 people have died in fighting between Ukrainian troops and rebels. The West says it has evidence that Mr Putin is supporting the separatists with training and arms, but Russia denies this. The chart for the solar eclipse [9ta] of April 29 drawn for Newport is shown here. The eclipse is square the meridian and conjunct the stars Schedar, Hamal and Achird.

Schedar, Alpha Cassiopeia, the head of the Queen, tightly conjoining Hamal, is of “pride and arrogance.” Schedar is the head-trip of the Queen in the glitter of her place of power upon the human stage. Immature challenge and boast can express here with ramifications only accentuating the drama of the tightening jaws of fear-based collective consciousness (Cetus) and the butting response provided by the head of the Ram. Hamal and Schedar can express as power struggles amongst leaders or those who are headstrong, with lessons about how arrogance creates struggle in the material world; and how compassion opens the way through.

Achird of Cassiopeia asks us to realize that we create and perpetuate the very things that we perceive as trying to detour or devour us. Achird brings attention to the fact that the monsters and the entrapments in which we find ourselves become manifest by our own righteous and arrogant attitudes of self-importance. [1]

And going by the ancient Hermetic Axiom “As above, so below”, the planets and asteroids resonate with the message of the stars. The eclipse is conjunct Mercury and the asteroid Toro.

Mercury/Toro: Along with some "tough talk,"...you could hear about some form of violence.

Progressing the eclipse chart to September 4, the date of the news, we find the Mars-Uranus-Pluto-Kronos-Hades Grand Cross straddling the horizon and meridian axis. With the Ascendant conjunct Mars which is in a quincunx aspect to the eclipse and Mercury/Toro,  a message similar to the foregoing comes through.

Recall that Mars [12li]  on the progressed Ascendant [10li] is conjunct the stars Vindemiatrix (Al Muredin), epsilon Virginis [10li] and omicron Hydrae [10li30] . The Virgin regards the Hydra as evil so that  we have self-righteous “holier-than-thou” zealots (the NATO alliance) standing up against the “evil” Hydra (Russia).
