British MPs back Palestinian statehood

MPs have voted in favour of recognising Palestine as a state alongside Israel. The House of Commons backed the move "as a contribution to securing a negotiated two-state solution" - although less than half of MPs took part in the vote. The result, 274 to 12, is symbolic but could have international implications. Government ministers abstained on the vote, on a motion put forward by Labour MP Grahame Morris and amended by former Foreign Secretary Jack Straw. Middle East Minister Tobias Ellwood said Britain reserved the right to recognise Palestine when it is "appropriate for the peace process". In a previous post Eclipse highlights slavery and human rights issues on the October 18, 2013 eclipse at London I had written:

The eclipse is aligned with the meridian axis so that it is important for the place. The Moon [25ar45] is conjunct 22 Andromedae [24ar37] a star in the chained right hand of the woman – a perfect symbol for slavery. The Sun, on the other hand, is conjunct Arcturus, [24li24] alpha Bootes often shown as a protector or a herdsman and Spica, alpha Virgo [24li] the innocent Virgin he protects. Spica and Arcturus are  two of the  brightest stars in the northern hemisphere. Here the bright stars of the innocent and peace loving Virgin and protective Shepherd illuminate the dark places in the soul of humanity.

As if confirming the preceding analysis we find an exalted Jupiter in caring and nurturing Cancer placed in the 12th house square the eclipse axis and therefore highlighted by it. Among other things the twelfth house rules slavery and human rights issues.

Progressing the eclipse chart to October 13, 2014 brings the  Uranus-Pluto square to the horizon axis. Among other things, the Uranus-Pluto square stands for freedom from any kind of manipulative control.

Finally, a chart drawn for the current Full Moon eclipse of October 8, 2014 at Palestine is shown here. Notice that the eclipse axis forms a cross with the horizon. The eclipse Moon is conjunct Uranus and the star Alpheratz, alpha Andromeda – where the chained woman is freed from captivity.
