Dog rescued after being stuck in hot tar

A five-month-old dog that fell into hot tar spilled around a construction site in northern India was eventually saved by a four-hour rescue operation. Claire Abrams from the animal welfare group, Animal Aid Unlimited, says staff from the charity rushed to the scene in the city of Udaipur, Rajasthan, after receiving a phone call from a passerby. They found the dog lying motionless, his hardened body stuck to the ground: "There was no way he could have come out of his own, without any intervention," Abrams said. The incident occurred just a day before the First Quarter Moon. A chart for the Moon phase at Udaipur, India is shown here. The Moon is placed in the 6^th house often associated with “small animals” [1]. On the Ascendant [25cn27] is the star Procyon, [25cn59].  Alpha (α Canis Minor), Procyon, is a binary, 0.4, and 13, yellowish white and yellow star on the body of the Lesser Dog. [2]

The next significant thing to note about the chart is a Grand Trine involving Jupiter-Uranus-Mars anchored to the MC.  Ebertin’s [3]observation about Jupiter-Uranus is interesting in our present context.

It is often very difficult to assess the nature of Jupiter-Uranus constellations. They indicate, in most cases, inner tensions or strains which are often suddenly released. At one time, the author named this configuration the “Thank the Lord” position, because people having such a configuration have repeatedly exclaimed the words “Thank the Lord” after the release of the tension or strain from which they were suffering.

Jupiter [16le] is conjunct Dubhe, alpha Ursa Major, the Mother Bear, and her cub Kochab, beta Ursa Minor. Mother Bears are known to be extremely protective of their cubs and Diana Rosenberg [4] links this area to “issues relating to the destruction or protection of children, animals and the environment.”

Uranus [14ar] on the MC is conjunct the star Alpheratz, alpha Andromeda. This is a lucky star associated with freedom from entrapment [5].

It, therefore, appears that the elements of the chart describe the news perfectly.
