Ukraine, Russia, EU agree to natural gas supply deal

BRUSSELS, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Ukraine, Russia and the European Union signed a deal on Thursday that will see Moscow resume vital supplies of gas to its ex-Soviet neighbour over the winter in return for payments funded in part by Kiev's Western creditors. After several failed rounds of talks in recent weeks as conflict rumbles on despite a ceasefire with pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine, the accord also eases concerns that a new "gas war" could disrupt winter supplies if energy to EU states, notably through pipelines shut down across Ukraine since June. With overnight temperatures already nudging below freezing in Ukraine, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso hailed an accord clinched in Brussels barely 24 hours before he and the rest of his team make way for a new EU executive. http://reut.rs/1wLBlQy

To understand this very positive development in a region torn by conflict we will  go back to the April 15, 2014 Lunar Eclipse which was culmination or fulfilment  stage of the New Moon of March 30. Notice also the Vesta-Ceres-Moon conjunction nesting between Mars and the North Lunar Node, creating one entire energetic directly in opposition to the entire stellium of planets including the Sun-Juno-Eris conjunction and the Mercury-Uranus conjunction. Thus our Lunar Eclipse becomes another significant dynamic of the Grand Square.

The Full Moon conjoins Spica and Archturus, the same location as the Earth-Vesta and Earth-Ceres synods. Thus, it brings the essence of the synodic themes into the forefront, and to our Grand Square gateway, starting now. It, along with Pluto's station, invites an emotional relinquishment and a refocus of our energies and efforts toward that which is far more of issue than anything occurring on the global stage, ensuring the opportunity for the safe evolutionary continuance and fulfillment for all of humankind and for all of life on Earth. This obviously is major for this to occur in the area of global powers, politics and the global economy, yet it is up to the people of the world and especially those who are breaking trail into a new conscious awareness and new world paradigm—the cultural creatives. The Sun-Juno conjunction brings attention to partnership of all types, those personal and those of business and politics, and those between countries. The Lunar focus is Ceres and Vesta under the Archturian directive—focus, dedication and commitment to the fundamental nourishment required to support all life on Earth and for our evolutionary fulfillment.

Progressing the eclipse chart at Brussels to October 30, the date of the agreement aligns the radix luminaries, the Nodal axis, the  TNP Apollon linked to business and the asteroid Juno associated with partnerships with the meridian axis. Since as Nick Fiorenza explains the eclipse was  part of a powerful and transformative Grand Cross, we have a rather surprising agreement between adversaries that bodes well for the future.

Finally, if we regard eclipses and ingresses as the  “hour hand” of the cosmic clock, they are usually accompanied by lunations or planetary aspects that act as the “minute hand”.
