Massive electricity blackouts in Bangladesh

Bangladesh has been hit by major blackouts after a power line connecting the country to India's electricity grid failed, reports say. The blackout began at about noon local time and affected all parts of the country linked to the national grid. Power was restored to parts of the capital within a few hours. Officials said engineers were working to restore supply to the rest of Bangladesh. Bangladesh began importing electricity from India in October last year. The cardinal ingresses of the Sun have a traditional reputation as  important mundane events. The following extract from James Eshelman’s  book “Sidereal Mundane Astrology” explains the importance of the Cancer Ingress chart.

Sidereal solar and lunar cardinal ingresses are the foundation techniques of Sidereal

mundane astrology. Their influence is distinguished for a given location by planetary

contact with their angles for that location.

1. Capricorn ingresses are the “master charts” of the year (Capsolar) and month (Caplunar).

a. Next in importance are the Cancer ingresses.

b. Least important are the Aries and Libra ingresses, except within their immediate

Conjunct the TNP Zeus on the IC are the stars of Draco, the dragon; Corvus, the Raven and Bootis. About this area Diana Rosenberg [2] writes:

There is electricity in these stars, an intensity and brilliance that illuminates the brooding landscape of mankind’s travail on Earth…This is an area of physics and inventions, especially those connected to electricity, power sources, light and lightning.

Uranus-Zeus: Electrical problems associated with power systems.

The second point to note is that  the Sun reaches a conjunction to the Ascendant. It forms a T-square with the nodal axis – a phenomena known as Moon Wobble.

Moon Wobbles were discovered in the 1930's, when research by astrologer Carl Payne Tobey (1902-1980), the original editor of Astrology Magazine, revealed that disasters occur in cycles associated with the conjunction (0°), opposition (180°) and square (90°) from the Sun to the Moon's Node. These powerful contacts occur when the Sun and the Node are in the same sign, or the opposing sign, or when the Sun is in a square aspect to the nodal axis.

During Moon Wobble the instability factor is high, resulting in more accidents, fires, plane crashes, freak accidents, floods, feats of nature, bizarre weather patterns, earthquakes, tornadoes, violence, Terrorism, riots, and political and personal upheavals. These Cycles bring suppressed energies in people and Mother Nature to the surface, erupting and disrupting.
