A cancer patient has died after a final farewell to
her favourite horse outside the hospital where she was treated. Staff at Royal
Albert Edward Infirmary in Wigan granted
Sheila Marsh's last wish, by arranging a visit from two of her horses on Monday
afternoon. The hospital said the 77-year-old, unable to speak properly due to
illness, "gently called" her favourite horse, who then nuzzled her
cheek. Mrs Marsh, who used to work at Haydock Park Racecourse, died early on
Tuesday.BBC; Nov.7. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-manchester-29951094
The Full
Moon [14ta] of November 6 at Wigan squares the horizon axis. It is conjunct the stars
Almach, gamma Andromeda [14ta] in Andromeda’s feet and Menkar, alpha Ceti
[15ta] in the Sea-Monster’s jaw.
In
classical astrology Almach is the snagged foot of Andromeda about to be
snapped by the jaws (Menkar) of Cetus, the monster created by
collective human consciousness. Unless we stand on our own becoming responsible
for self, rather than giving our power to those who wish to control us, there
is danger that we will we devoured by the crushing jaws of the monster Cetus. (see
image)
Almach,
gamma Andromeda was in Chinese astrology The
Great Commander of Horses (this was Ulysses Grant’s Jupiter – he had a
passion for horses!) [1]
Uranus
[13ar] and the MC [20ar] are conjunct stars that were part of the Chinese
asterism T’ien-Kiou, The Celestial Stables. Uranus is also
conjunct Fou-Tchi, The Cutlass, in south eastern Cetus. The
cutlass was used in the sacrifice of horses and as such presided over death. [2]
On the
Ascendant [11le] is the asteroid Osiris [7le]. Osiris is an Egyptian god,
usually identified as the god of the
afterlife, the underworld and the dead.
On the IC [21li] is the asteroid Lacrimosa [24li] connected to grief and death.
