“Moon Wobble” and the gun attack on French magazine Charlie Hebdo

Gunmen have shot dead 12 people at the Paris office of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in an apparent militant Islamist attack. Four of the magazine's well-known cartoonists, including its editor, were among those killed, as well as two police officers. Shown here is the chart for the current Full Moon of January 5 at Paris. Here the Sun is square the Nodal axis. This is a phenomena known as “Moon Wobble”.

Moon Wobbles were discovered in the 1930's, when research by astrologer Carl Payne Tobey (1902-1980), the original editor of Astrology Magazine, revealed that disasters occur in cycles associated with the conjunction (0°), opposition (180°) and square (90°) from the Sun to the Moon's Node. These powerful contacts occur when the Sun and the Node are in the same sign, or the opposing sign, or when the Sun is in a square aspect to the nodal axis.[1]

During Moon Wobble the instability factor is high, resulting in more accidents, fires, plane crashes, freak accidents, floods, feats of nature, bizarre weather patterns, earthquakes, tornadoes, violence, Terrorism, riots, and political and personal upheavals. These Cycles bring suppressed energies in people and Mother Nature to the surface, erupting and disrupting. [2]

In addition the Full Moon is placed in the 8^th house as part of a potentially “violent” Grand Cross  containing the Uranus-Pluto square which is about aggressive action of individuals (Aries) against the establishment (Capricorn). The Cross is anchored to Saturn on the Ascendant so that its energy is felt in Paris . Skyscript [3] gives us the following meaning of the mundane eighth house.

Danger to the people through national disasters; public mortality.

Notice also that Saturn [1sa] on the Ascendant [5sa] is square Neptune [5pi]. Neptune is in the third house. The areas ruled by the third house are listed by Skyscript [4] as:

The press. All means of disseminating news and information such as the post office, communication networks, computers, telephones, faxes, newspapers, magazines, emails, publications, literature, periodicals and television.

Also notice that Neptune is conjunct the star Biham, sigma Pegasi – a star of the Chinese mansion Wei, “Danger”. Diana Rosenberg links this area with “acts of vicious intolerance, fanaticism and terrorism” [5].

Finally, we know that the defining aspect for the current period is the Uranus-Pluto square. The last of the seven squares takes place on March 17 at 2:54 UT. A chart for this moment at Paris has  Uranus-Pluto aspecting the horizon axis indicating that this one place singled out for Uranus-Pluto events which among other things includes mass shootings and terrorist attacks.

The birthchart for one of the attackers Cherif Kouachi is  given by Astrodatabank [6] with   Rodden Rating “AA” implying  accurate data . He would, therefore, have his radix Sun [7sa] and Uranus [5sa] on the Ascendant of the Full Moon chart [5sa]. In addition, his solar arc MC is currently opposite his Sun-Uranus conjunction.  In addition with such an accurate one can look at the solar return and progress it to the date of the attack. Notice the Uranus-Pluto square on the angles. Combined with the TNP Zeus (firearms) we have a gun attack!

The mundane horoscope of France is given by Nick Campion in his "The Book of World Horoscopes" [7]. The current solar return chart for France progressed to Jan.7 carries the potentially violent Grand Cross containing Uranus-Pluto-Zeus-Sun straddling the horizon axis.
