A new way to stop the gridlock in the skies

British air traffic controllers have invented a new system that could eventually cut flight delays all over the world. The principle is simple enough. Planes coming into land will be spaced out by time, rather than by distance. But it has taken a team at NATS (formerly National Air Traffic Control Services) four years of scientific study to make sure it is safe, and Heathrow is about to become the first airport on the planet to test it out. It all comes down to wind. Wind is the biggest single cause of landing delays at London's Heathrow airport, messing up flights on around 65 days each year. http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-31109732

The cardinal ingresses of the Sun have a traditional reputation as  important mundane events.  Among these the Capricorn ingress (Capsolar) is the “master chart” of the year.  Progression of the “Capsolar” is used by mundane astrologers to accurately pinpoint important events. Shown here is Capsolar at London progressed to Feb. 6, the date of the news. Notice that the Ascendant reaches a conjunction to the TNP Admetus which has hard aspects to the Uranus-Pluto square. As Richard Nolle [1] points out Uranus-Pluto “also refers to scientific and technological breakthroughs, of a sort that radically changes the world.” When this combination aspects the TNP Admetus what kind of breakthrough can we expect? A look at keyphrases for Admetus [2] answers this.

ADMETUS: Facing blockages; encountering delays and frustrations.

Doesn’t the new air traffic control system provide a technological breakthrough (Uranus-Pluto) that reduces aircraft delays (Admetus)?
