Homeless Britons turn to the Sikh community for food

Homeless people in the UK are getting free meals thanks to a centuries-old Sikh tradition. Why, asks Rajeev Gupta. "We come here because we get food... A hot meal. It's a luxury for me." John Davidson is 55 and homeless. He is one of 250 people who have just received a hand-out of hot soup, drinks, chocolate bars and other supplies from the Sikh Welfare and Awareness Team van parked up on the Strand in central London on a cold Sunday evening. The Swat team, as they're known, park at the same spot every week so a group of volunteers from the Sikh community can hand out vital supplies. Homeless people, who overwhelmingly are not Sikh, patiently wait in line to be served. Feb.22; http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-magazine-monitor-31557192

To understand this news we go back to the April 15, 2014 lunar eclipse which occurred in the lunar cycle of March 30, 2014 New Moon on the 25 Aries-Libra axis. Presented below is a summary of Nick Fiorenza’s [1] account on the lunar cycle.

The April 15 Total Lunar Eclipse occurs just into sidereal Libra conjoining Ceres and Vesta opposite the Sun-Juno-Eris conjunction. Notice also the Vesta-Ceres-Moon conjunction nesting between Mars and the North Lunar Node, creating one entire energetic directly in opposition to the entire stellium of planets including the Sun-Juno-Eris conjunction and the Mercury-Uranus conjunction. Thus our Lunar Eclipse beccomes another significant dynamic of the Grand Square.

The Lunar focus is Ceres and Vesta under the Archturian directive—focus, dedication and commitment to the fundamental nourishment required to support all life on Earth and for our evolutionary fulfillment.

Progressing the eclipse chart to Feb.22, the date of the news, aligns the powerful Grand Cross with the horizon axis. The Uranus-Pluto square is associated with the “collapse of an old order” and therefore by association the hardships that it entails. While Jupiter exalted in Cancer is about caring and nourishing others as we all pass through the Uranus-Pluto crisis. Notice also that Jupiter is part of a Grand Trine with the TNP Poseidon and a Venus-Neptune conjunction on the MC. Here Neptune is conjunct stars in the humanitarian Water Pourer’s urn.

Finally, the current New Moon at London resonates with the same message by  emphasizing  a Grand Trine that contains Neptune, Hades and Poseidon.

Hades-Neptune: to feel great compassion for the melancholia or poverty of others.
Poseidon: Religion or spirituality
