Saturn-Neptune and the fiery train crash in W. Virginia

Two West Virginia towns have been evacuated after a freight train carrying crude oil derailed and burst into flames. Local websites published images of large flames and a thick plume of black smoke near a partly frozen river.Rail company CSX said in a statement that one person was being treated for potential inhalation, but no other injuries were reported. Residents of Adena Village and Boomer have been urged to evacuate after the accident happened at 13:30 (18:30 GMT). The connection of  Saturn-Neptune to oil related accidents is well established. The Gulf of Mexico oil spill is one such [1]. Another important  incident took place on March 24, 1989, with Saturn and Neptune conjunct in Capricorn the tanker Exxon Valdez ran aground, spilling 240,000 barrels -- 11 million gallons -- of oil into the ocean [2].

Shown here is a chart for the current Waning Crescent Moon phase for Boomer, West Virginia. Notice Neptune placed prominently on the MC and the Saturn-Neptune square straddling the meridian confirming the historical connection of Saturn-Neptune to oil related accidents.

If we now draw a second chart for the exact time of accident, we again find the same Saturn-Neptune square aspecting the meridian – the minute hand of the clock coinciding with the hour hand, so to speak!
