Eagle flies from Dubai skyscraper

An eagle with a small camera on its back has flown from the top of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai. Video from the imperial eagle, Darshan, was live-streamed as it swooped 829.8 metres to its trainer on the ground. The organisers, Freedom Conservation, claim it is the highest-ever recorded bird flight from a man-made structure.  The event was staged to highlight the plight of the endangered bird of prey.
"This eagle is a signal that things can change. It was once endangered, but after conservation programmes it is not so endangered," the Director of Freedom Conservation Ronald Menzel told the BBC, which was given exclusive access to the live video stream. Shown here is a chart for the Last Quarter Moon of March 13 at Dubai. The Moon [22sa49] is conjunct the star Rasalhague [22sa40]. Alpha (α) Ophiuchus, Ras Alhague, is a sapphire star on the head of the Snake Handler. Ophiuchus is identified with Aesculapius (Asklepios, Asclepius), an ancient physician who grew so skilled in the craft of healing that he was able to restore the dead to life. In other words this constellation is about renewing, repairing and refurbishing people or  situations  which have suffered ill health or a decline in some ways. The Moon is square the Sun [22pi49] which is conjunct the star nu Phoenicis [23pi] in the constellation of the Phoenix – the Firebird that dies and regenerates from its ashes.

If it still not clear how these stars are relevant to the news, two other pieces of the chart should put any doubt to rest. On the MC conjunct Jupiter [13le] are the stars beta (β) Ursa Minor, Kochab and alpha (α) Ursa Major, Dubhe. The protective Mother Bear and her Cub have come to represent issues connected with the protection of animals and the environment. On the IC [11aq] is the star 71 Aquilae [12aq] in the constellation of Aquila, the Eagle!
