German airliner crashes in French Alps

Death of Bellerophon

An Airbus A320 airliner has crashed in the French Alps between Barcelonnette and Digne, French aviation officials and police have said. The jet belongs to the German airline Germanwings, a subsidiary of Lufthansa. The plane had reportedly been en route from Barcelona to Dusseldorf and was carrying 142 passengers and six crew. A chart for the solar eclipse of March 20 at Barcelonnette is shown here. Notice that the eclipse is placed very prominently square the horizon axis and conjunct the star Scheat. Beta (β) Pegasus, Scheat, is deep yellow star on the leg of the Winged Horse.  The mythical story of the fall of Bellerophon  (see image) from the Winged Horse Pegasus is linked to this star. A modern version of the Winged Horse is an aircraft so that this star has an  association with air accidents.

Tied up with 'malefics', this (Scheat) could lead the native to lose his life in catastrophes, such as floods, shipwreck, mining accidents, airplane accidents, or maybe suicide. [Fixed Stars and Their Interpretation, Elsbeth Ebertin, 1928, p.82.]

P.S.
It is now established that  the pilot  named as Andreas Lubitz, appeared to want to "destroy the plane", and intentionally started a descent that led to the crash.

Notice that the eclipse [29pi27] was conjunct the Mars-Neptune midpoint [29pi50]. This is a combination linked to self-destructive actions including suicide.
