Living India: Doctor couple who built a cheap hospital

At first sight, the cheerful-looking red and white painted building looks like a quiet public rest house in the din and bustle of Hajipur, a fast developing town in India's northern state of Bihar. But look closely and you see a stream of people entering Aastha Hospital, run by an enterprising doctor couple who left lucrative jobs in India's private sector to set up a facility offering quality treatment at affordable prices. In the process, surgeon Atul Varma, and ophthalmologist Jayashree Shekhar, have upended the widely held notion that you cannot get quality healthcare in India unless you are affluent. The Capricorn Ingress of the Sun is probably the most important chart in mundane astrology. Shown here is the Capricorn Ingress for Hajipur, India. Notice the very significant placement of Saturn on the Ascendant square Neptune.  The Ascendant [2sa57] along with Saturn is conjunct the star Yed Prior, delta Ophiuchi, in the left hand of Ophiuchus. Ophiuchus is identified with Aesculapius (Asklepios, Asclepius), an ancient physician who grew so skilled in the craft of healing that he was able to restore the dead to life [1].

Neptune [5pi] is conjunct sigma Aquari, in water pouring from the humanitarian Water Pourer’s urn. Saturn is the planet most associated with practical realities and the effort to find real life solutions to problems. On the other hand Neptune is visionary and idealistic and full of compassion for suffering humanity. Therefore, Saturn-Neptune aspects produce practical solutions to alleviate human misery as in the news above [2].

But why has the news come out at this time? Progressing the Ingress chart to March 11 aligns the meridian axis with the Saturn-Neptune square triggering the archetype and producing an event which exemplifies the dynamics of the pair.
