[1] dated October 11 was about a breakthrough in diabetes treatment discovered
at Cambridge, MA in which I had used the Full Moon lunar eclipse of October 8
to explain developments. The current news comes from research at Icahn School
of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York so that the chart for the eclipse at this
location is virtually the same as can be seen here. Below is an extract from my
previous post which applies here too.
The chart
for the Full Moon lunar eclipse of October 8, drawn for Cambridge, MA – the

significantly aligned with the horizon axis with the medical asteroid Hygiea on
the MC. The eclipse Moon conjoins Uranus and trines Jupiter.
Jupiter-Uranus-Mars form a Grand Trine.

the Lunar Eclipse chart, Jupiter is the ruler of the 6th house which is linked
to illness and disease so that one can expect the Jupiter/Uranus scientific breakthrough to

Then we
notice that Jupiter is sextile the eclipse Sun and Venus on the Ascendant.
Jupiter
and Venus in strong aspect to each other can symbolize a connection with
diabetes since Jupiter rules insulin and the pancreas (which produces this
hormone) and Venus rules sugar. Jupiter also symbolically represents an
expansion process and, when in reference to Venus, can play out as an increase
in sugar levels under stress and the inability to produce the amount of
insulin needed by the body to metabolize

Therefore,
to students of astrology, news of a medical breakthrough in the area of
diabetes will not come as a surprise.
To see the
relevance of the eclipse chart in the present context notice that the
Uranus-Pluto square building up to an exactness on March 16 forms a sharp
aspect to the eclipse with just 12 arc minutes. On March 11, transiting Mars
conjoined the eclipse Moon and the
transiting Uranus-Pluto triggering the scientific breakthrough that the Uranus-Pluto
archetype is well known for.
