A five-year-old girl from Khutari village in Panvel
taluka died after been attacked by four stray dogs on Sunday (March 29) around 7am. The dogs bit the minor girl with
such severity that a nerve of her neck was damaged causing her death within 30
minutes after being admitted to the hospital. Pratiksha Sharu accompanied by
her sibling Meena (7) had gone to answer nature's call in the open near her
house, when the four stray dogs started barking at her. The dogs chased her,
after she panicked and started running away, and soon pounced upon her and bit
her all over the body. However, her elder sister managed to escape. April 1. http://www.sott.net/article/294820-5-year-old-girl-mauled-by-stray-dogs-dies-in-Mumbai-India
Cardinal ingresses of the Sun have a traditional reputation as important
mundane events. Of these the Cancer Ingress has a special place only next in
importance to the Capricorn Ingress. Shown here is the current sidereal Cancer
Ingress at Bombay. Notice that it is not only placed in the 6th
house connected to “small animals” but also conjunct the star Procyon. Alpha (α
Canis Minor), Procyon, is a star on the body of the Lesser Dog. Here the Sun squares the Nodal axis. This is a phenomena known as “Moon Wobble”.
Moon
Wobbles were discovered in the 1930's, when research by astrologer Carl Payne
Tobey (1902-1980), the original editor of Astrology Magazine, revealed that
disasters occur in cycles associated with the conjunction (0°), opposition
(180°) and square (90°) from the Sun to the Moon's Node. These powerful
contacts occur when the Sun and the Node are in the same sign, or the opposing
sign, or when the Sun is in a square aspect to the nodal axis.[3]
During
Moon Wobble the instability factor is high, resulting in more accidents, fires,
plane crashes, freak accidents, floods, feats of nature, bizarre weather
patterns, earthquakes, tornadoes, violence, Terrorism, riots, and political and
personal upheavals. These Cycles bring suppressed energies in people and Mother
Nature to the surface, erupting and disrupting [4]. If we have not been working through our
subconscious issues we are more likely to fall prey to these upheavals.
All that
remains now is to progress the ingress chart to March 29, 2015, the date of the
accident. Doing so brings the Sun-Mars-Nodes to horizon and meridian axis
triggering the event.
Finally, a
chart for the time of the attack is also interesting. The horizon aligns with
the lunar eclipse of April 4th which is activating the Uranus-Pluto
square. Tarnas interprets Uranus-Pluto as the sudden release of elemental
forces in nature and this would of course include animal attacks. On the IC of
the chart opposite Pluto – the reaction point of the T-square – is the star
Sirius, alpha Canis Major of the Greater Dog!
