Phoenix
– the bird that regenerates itself
A wastewater treatment operator wants to give its
recycled sewer water to a group of home brewers so they can turn it into beer. On
Wednesday, state environmental regulators approved the idea. The Oregon
Environmental Quality Commission voted unanimously to allow the Hillsboro-based
utility Clean Water Services to use recycled sewage for brewing beer. April 16.

Shown here is
the chart for the Solar Eclipse of March 20 at Hillsboro, Oregon. The Eclipse is
significant for the place since it squares the horizon axis and places the
Uranus-Pluto square connected with scientific and technological breakthroughs on
the meridian axis. It is also conjunct
the star Scheat [29pi34] and gamma Phoenix [28pi22] both in watery Pisces. The
Phoenix is a mythical bird that regenerates itself while Scheat is about water –
the very foundation of life [1].
Together, the
two stars are, therefore, referring to
the ability to regenerate water. For
this area, Diana Rosenberg writes “there are breakthroughs and innovations in
technology…and the use of natural resources”.
Progressing
the eclipse chart to April 16, the date of the news aligns the Uranus-Pluto
square associated of technical breakthroughs with the horizon axis explaining
the event.
