Spanish cavers die in Morocco's Atlas mountains

Two Spanish cavers have died and one has survived after being trapped for days at the bottom of a deep ravine in Morocco's Atlas mountains. A 27-year-old was rescued late on Sunday, but his two companions died of their injuries before they could be rescued. Local media report that he is uninjured but suffering from hypothermia and post traumatic stress. All three potholers had been discovered alive on Saturday morning. The incident has occurred in the lunar cycle of the New Moon solar eclipse of March 20. A chart for the eclipse at Ouarzazate close to Morocco’s Atlas mountains is shown here. The eclipse is conjunct the star Scheat, beta Pegasus and forms a hard aspect with Jupiter on the IC. Both the star Scheat as well as an afflicted Jupiter are indicators of injury through overreach [1].

In addition we have a Saturn-Neptune square on the horizon axis.  Saturn[4sa]  is conjunct the stars of Hercules. Hercules grants physical skills, prowess in physical fitness and exploration.   Combined with the overlay of tropical Sagittarius (and Anuradha, a mansion of wanderers), it is not surprising  to find here those who love trekking and hiking as in the news [2].

Neptune is conjunct stars of the  Chinese asterism Wei which presided over death, demise, dangers and misfortune so that together with the stars of Saturn we can see why we are hearing news about the death of the hikers [3].
