5 Big Banks to Plead Guilty to Felony Charges

For most people, pleading guilty to a felony means they will very likely land in prison, lose their job and forfeit their right to vote. But when five of the world’s biggest banks plead guilty to an array of antitrust and fraud charges as soon as next week, life will go on, probably without much of a hiccup. The Justice Department is preparing to announce that Barclays, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and the Royal Bank of Scotland will collectively pay several billion dollars and plead guilty to criminal antitrust violations for rigging the price of foreign currencies, according to people briefed on the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Most if not all of the pleas are expected to come from the banks’ holding companies, the people said — a first for Wall Street giants that until now have had only subsidiaries or their biggest banking units plead guilty. Mundane astrology gives importance to charts drawn for exact planetary aspects. Shown here is the horoscope for the current Mars-Saturn opposition drawn for Washington DC. Notice the Mars-Saturn-Mercury align with the meridian and Neptune completes a T-square.
Saturn indicates restrictions as well as lessons of patience and discipline. It represents the law and authority figures. It also stands for anything which puts a barrier in your path, e.g. a huge truck pulling in front of you when you are in a hurry. Mars represents your physical drive, and the action oriented side of your nature. This side of you is impulsive and impatient and wants immediate results. In one sense Saturn opposition to Mars represents the law (Saturn) putting a brake on Mars’ rash actions. At some level we feel stuck as if “put in place” by unsympathetic forces that deny us the freedom to pursue our selfish agenda. Ebertin provides the following key phrases for the elements involved which when put together with foregoing description of Mars-Saturn explains the news.

Mercury-Mars : Controversies or lawsuits
Mercury-Mars-Neptune: Harm caused through falsehood or underhand behavior

On the Ascendant is Gamma (γ) Capricornus, Nashira, [22aq]  a star in the tail of the Sea Goat. Nick Fiorenza writes [1]:

The last decan of Capricorn is of libraries, courts, publishing houses, or literary agencies where any legalities are formulated or concretized.

We can, therefore, see that the planetary combinations and the star on the  Ascendant explain the news perfectly.
