In Astro
Meteorology [1], the Sun's ingress into each of the four cardinal signs, i.e.
00 deg of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn is used for weather forecast. Weather
charts are interpreted using the 4th
house as the main indicator. If there is a planet in the fourth house it is
forms a major element for 'forecast' about the weather. Charts for the four
phases of the moon each month - new, first quarter, full, and last quarter are
then made. These give the weekly trends. When forecast for a lunation matches
that obtained for the quarter , it is highly likely that it will come to pass.
A chart for
the Sun’s entry into sidereal Aries at Hyderabad, India is shown here along
with the chart for the current New Moon of
May 18. Notice that in both cases the TNP Zeus which is essentially
connected with ‘fire’, ‘heat’ or ‘high
temperature’ is in the fourth house!
