The balcony of a fourth floor flat in California
has collapsed, killing five people and injuring eight, some seriously, police
have said. All five of those killed were Irish students, Ireland's Foreign
Minister Charlie Flanagan said. Police found debris on the street below after
an emergency call just before 01:00 local time (08:00 GMT) on Tuesday in
Berkeley. Officials are still unsure why it happened, a police spokeswoman
said. Many of those hurt have life-threatening injuries, said Jennifer Coats, a

The incident
has occurred on the New Moon of June 16. A chart for the Moon phase at Berkeley
has the New Moon conjunct Mars opposite the TNP Cupido forming a T-square
with the meridian axis. Using the
terminology of Uranian astrology in a 45 degree sort we have the following:

Finally, let us look at the chart for the time of the actual
collapse (1am on Jun 16). Notice that the combination (New Moon-Mars-Cupido) that
we holding “responsible” for the
collapse aligns perfectly with the meridian.
