Kim Phuc's journey from war to forgiveness

Ajax, Ontario, Canada (CNN)Even without the benefit of context, the image of a naked 9-year-old girl running for her life is as searing and indelible today as it was 43 years ago. That image jolted people around the world. Some say it hastened the end of the Vietnam War. "I always remember that horrible day that we ran from life to death," says Kim Phuc, the girl in that iconic photo. Now 52, she lives just outside Toronto.
In addition to her work with the U.N., Phuc has started the Kim Foundation International, a charity that helps children suffering from war, just as she did so many years ago. Its mission is to help the most underprivileged children suffering from war -- building hospitals, schools and homes for children who have been orphaned. Phuc says she plans to live out her life in service of that mission. June 25

Kim Phúc and her family were residents of the village of Trang Bang, South Vietnam. On June 8, 1972, South Vietnamese planes dropped a napalm bomb on Trang Bang, The bombing killed two of Kim Phúc's cousins and two other villagers. Kim Phúc was badly burned and tore off her burning clothes. The iconic photo taken in Trang Bang by AP photographer Nick Ut shows her at nine years of age running naked on a road after being severely burned on her back.

Shown here is the chart for the First Quarter Moon of June 24 at Ajax.  A  T-square of Uranus-Pluto-Zeus straddles the horizon axis and is  therefore brought to prominence.  The TNP Zeus is associated with military action and together with Uranus-Pluto here it  refers to upheaval and devastating fires brought about  by military action. With Pluto and Zeus retrograde and Pluto conjunct the asteroid Memoria , the chart is hinting at an incident in the past.

Pluto [14sa] is conjunct stars of Sagittarius, the Archer and Aquila, the Eagle. The constellation  of the Eagle is associated with the military in general but more specifically with the air force. Here it  combines with stars of the Archer to produce a perfect symbol for a military aircraft (image above).

The  Sun and Mars are conjunct the star Betelgeuse of Orion.  The constellation Orion is depicted as a mighty Warrior so that by association Diana Rosenberg links this star to “great historical battles and events”.  She gives the following examples:

This was Jupiter at the 597 BCE Fall of Jerusalem; and at the 9 CE solar eclipse the year Germanic tribes wiped out  3 Roman legions at the Battle of Teutoburger Wald, shocking Rome and forcing Augustus to accept the Rhine as the northern limit of his rule; the Oct 732 CE  New Moon’s Ascendant: 60,000  Moslem cavalry had invaded France; Charles (“The Hammer”) Martel hastily assembled Frankish infantry and decisively  defeated them at the Battle of Tours; Pluto at the 1415 Battle of Agincourt, one of the great victories of military history; at the May 1453 lunar eclipse, 7 days before Constantinople fell to the Turks; the Sun at the start of the 1815 Battle of Waterloo; Jupiter at the 1942 Battle of Midway; Saturn at  D-Day, the 1944  Allied invasion of Normandy, the beginning of the end of the Third Reich.

Betelgeuse  is also the determinant star for the Indian Lunar Mansion Ardra. The god that belongs to this constellation is Rudra, the thunder god. Rudra destroys everything that does not belong to a particular person. The symbol for Ardra is a tear drop linked to the suffering that the thunder god Rudra brings, but Ardra translates to moistness and green  and freshness of a new beginning after the elimination of the old.  So while Ardra brings suffering, many Ardra natives also work in helping professions alleviating the suffering of others [1][2].

Finally, the Sabian symbol [3]  for the Moon [2li38] on the IC says it all:

Phase 183 (Libra 3): THE DAWN OF A NEW DAY REVEALS EVERYTHING CHANGED
Keynote: The ever-present possibility of beginning again on a new foundation of values.
