NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has announced
that the Spearhead Force deployed in Eastern Europe will be extended to 40,000
troops. "All together we expect this force to be 40,000 strong,"
Stoltenberg said. The announcement was made in Brussels ahead of a meeting of
NATO defense ministers. The current strength of the Spearhead Force is 13,000
troops.Secretary General Stoltenberg said the threefold increase in troops was
“substantial.” "This will enable us to deploy our forces as quickly as we
need when crises arise, while maintaining full political control,"
Stoltenberg said. NATO member states welcomed the deployment of American
military hardware in Europe. Stoltenberg said it doesn’t violate the Alliance’s
international obligations. According to the NATO head, the Alliance won’t get
into an arms race with Russia, but it has obligations to protect its allies.

Neptune-Pluto Transcendental Midpoint-Field runs over Washington DC and the
United States, which is where NATO was "born," in Washington DC (the
original NATO agreement was even called "The Treaty of Washington"),
when President Truman finally signed the document which brought NATO into
being. This chart also makes a great deal of sense if we view NATO as -- now
more than ever -- an arm of the United States government, not to mention the
United States military. … Primary Transcendental Neptune is also found in its powerful, Transcendental
Midheaven position directly adjacent to Western Europe (fittingly, in the North
Atlantic, which forms part of the NATO acronym, 'North Atlantic Treaty

most careful not to overreach and suffer a fall?
Improper
expressions of Neptune [3] usually take one of two forms. In its extroverted
form, when someone
improperly identifies with the energy, he will exert manipulative powers of
deception over others. The goal is to deceive through the image-spinning or
illusion-generating propensity of the Neptune complex.
Finally we
note that Neptune [13li] is conjunct Delta (δ) Corvus, Algorab, a double star on
the right wing of the Raven.
Corvus is the
Latin name for both the raven and the crow and these two birds are usually
paired together in mythology. From the same family, their obvious intelligence
and ingenuity, as well as their distinctive caw, has given them a widespread
association with trickery, storytelling, the relaying of messages, and the
serving of self-interest. But the colour of their plumage has also drawn a
universal connection with malevolence, sinister forces, and ominous warnings.
The stars of Corvus share this reputation and the classical myths that relate
to the constellation speak of mistrust, shameful motives, insincerity,
glorification in the misfortune of others, and the bearing of bad news [4].
In mundane
astrology, the horoscope of the leader of a nation, is often taken as
representing the nation. It is interesting to note that Putin’s radix Sun [14li]
[5] is conjunct NATO’s Neptune! Is this the reason why Russia and Putin are
being demonized ? Notice that Pluto (demonizing) transit is currently squaring this
position.
