(CNN)It may sound like a line from a sci-fi novel,
but scientists believe that in the near future airplane wings will be able to
fix themselves on the go. A team from Bristol University in England has
developed technology that could repair cracks on an aircraft in a similar way
that human skin heals. Their research has focused on carbon fiber reinforced
composite materials, which are commonly used to make sports equipment and,
increasingly, the modern generation of aircraft. They have created tiny
micro-spheres -- hollow capsules so small that several could fit across the
width of the human hair -- which are filled with a healing agent and then
planted into the composite material. June 18; http://edition.cnn.com/2015/06/17/travel/self-healing-airplanes/index.html
The
cardinal ingresses of the Sun have a traditional reputation as important
mundane events. Of these the Capricorn Ingress has a special place and
is considered by many to be the annual
chart. Shown here is the sidereal
Capricorn Ingress chart at Bristol, UK progressed to June 18. Notice the
T-square on the angles. The TNP Kronos is linked to altitude and flights and by association to aircrafts
while keywords for the TNP Hades are faults
or deterioration so that
Hades-Kronos can be thought of “cracks in aircrafts”. With Uranus [12ar] on the progressed descendant [9ar] is the star
Algenib [9ar]. Gamma (γ) Pegasus, Algenib, is a white star in the constellation of Pegasus, the Flying
Horse.
Here the
Moon forms a hard aspect to the TNP Kronos on the MC as well as to the horizon
axis. The Moon [24sc] is conjunct the star Unukalhai, alpha Serpens [22sc]. The
great Serpent of physician/ shaman Ophiuchus offers a powerful ability for
healing and self-renewal for those scarred by life. As snakes shed their skin
through sloughing, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality,
and healing [1][2].
