The House of Romanov invited to return to Russia

Deputies believe that in a crisis the return of the Imperial dynasty will become a symbol of revival of spiritual power of the country. Members of the house of Romanov's were offered to return to Russia. A deputy of legislative assembly of Leningrad region, Vladimir Petrov, sent the appropriate address to the official members of the Romanov family, permanently residing abroad, – Duchess Maria Vladimirovna in Spain and Prince Dmitry Romanovich in Denmark (copies of the letters were obtained by "Izvestia"). Deputies intend to develop a draft law establishing a special status of members of the Royal family and providing for their return. In particular, the official residence of the Romanov's could become one of the abandoned palaces in St. Petersburg or Crimea. The cardinal ingresses of the Sun have a traditional reputation as  important mundane events. On June 21, the Sun entered Cancer, the second of the four cardinal signs. A chart for the ingress drawn for Moscow is shown here.  Our attention is drawn to the skewed Grand Cross straddling the meridian.

The fourth house embraces the roots and history of a nation. With Uranus in the fourth house (and more specifically square Pluto) we are here referring to  revolutions  that overthrew the existing order. Persephone, the asteroid that  refers to leaving home (here native country) is conjunct Uranus so that this can refer to people who left the country at the time of the revolution. But where is the indication that we are talking about royalty. Well, we have at two indications here. First, the TNPs  Kronos-Hades is opposite Pluto and therefore part of the skewed Cross that straddles the meridian. This combination refers  to aristocracy (Kronos) from the past (Hades). In addition, Moon which aspects Pluto and the MC is conjunct the star Regal, alpha Leo. This star has been related to royalty in general. Wyllyam Salysbury, of 1552, writing about Regulus said:

"The Lyon's herte is called of some men, the Royall Starre, for they that are borne under it, are thought to have a royall nativitie."

Just one final question remains. What is there in the chart to suggest a change of heart for the Russians? Notice that on the MC is the TNO Rhadamanthus about which Philip Sedgwick writes:

Rhadamanthus - A member of a tribunal of judges that judged the merits of mortals and souls. Positive - sanctions second chances, latitude giving, open minded, fair, non-judgmental, seeing the larger picture. Negative - critical, judgmental and damning, feels persecuted and persecutes. Mundane - judges, courts, karmic penalties, justice. Ceremonial - release ceremony to cut cords with a judgmental past.
