In a stunning blow to President Barack Obama and
the Republican leadership in Congress on Friday, the House of Representatives
rejected legislation needed to eventually pass the Trans-Pacific Partnership
(TPP), a major economic treaty with America’s Asian allies. While some
Republican leaders had expressed optimism in recent days, the agreement's fate
seemed more uncertain when Obama made a rare visit to Capitol Hill on Friday to
lobby House Democrats to back it. He urged them to either support the TPP or
the ancillary bill in question, which would have helped protect workers
displaced by the deal. The Democrats largely applauded the president’s plea,
but not enough of them voted his way. June 12 http://www.newsweek.com/barack-obama-trans-pacific-partnership-tpp-342712

an opposition to Saturn that was caught
on the sensitive horizon axis at Washington. This is an aspect linked to
disagreements as the following reference explains. So is it all surprising that the TPP fell
through.

Communication
challenges today make it hard to get a point across. Delays, "red
tape", and vague feelings of forgetting important details could figure
now. Red tape, re-doing tasks you thought you finished, problems getting from
point A to point B, delays in communication, negative thinking,
hyper-sensitivity and encountering criticism from others--these are all
negative possibilities of this transit. Your thought patterns could take on a
negative skew, as you think in pessimistic terms and communicate sparingly or
reluctantly. It can be difficult to trust your instincts, and you might
second-guess things automatically under this influence. You could also receive
news or information that makes you tense or goes against your goals. http://www.cafeastrology.com/mercurytransits.html
