A deal on limiting Iran's nuclear programme in
return for the lifting of sanctions has been reached at talks in Vienna,
diplomats say. Under the agreement, access for nuclear inspectors monitoring
Iran's programme would reportedly not be automatic. The EU announced a

Events can
sometimes help to rectify charts where the time is not known exactly and yet
two alternatives have been provided as in this case here. For our purpose here
we will use an average time of 9:25 am and see that it actually better fits the
agreement of the nuclear deal.
Shown
here is the chart for the precessed solar return and its progression to July
14, the date of the agreement. The solar return chart has a Grand Cross aligned
with the horizon axis. The Uranus-Pluto-Zeus element of the Cross is about the
end of an old order (Uranus-Pluto) here sanctions connected with military use
of nuclear arms (Zeus). On the Ascendant with TNP Kronos is the star Alhena,
gamma Geminorum.

sort, which creates a specific resonance, a link of communication for the
fulfillment of one's incarnate mission, or even for the arrival and departure
of extraterrestrial craft. As the dividing star of the sidereal sign of Gemini,
Alhena invites a separation, a leaving, a departure, and a new commencement,
even an exodus or liftoff--to move on and engage in a new level of

From the two
accounts it is clear that the star Alhena here refers to a peaceful negotiation of a deal
that ends 26 years of Iran’s isolation. If we now progress the return chart to
July 14, we find that the Grand Cross now straddles the meridian triggering the
event.
