The doors of the brand-new Moskvarium aquarium
opened to the public for the very first time on Wednesday morning (Aug.5) .
Marina Zhuravleva, the director of Moskvarium, said the main idea behind the
complex was to combine the "conditions of an aquarium with a Biological
Scientific Centre." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0adk_iR_fc
Cardinal
ingresses of the Sun have a special place in mundane astrology. Of these the
Capricorn ingress is considered by many astrologers to be the “master chart” of
the year. Shown here is the current Capricorn ingress at Moscow. Notice that
Neptune in the 5th house makes a hard aspect to the meridian
suggesting that it is important for the place.
Skyscript
informs us that the fifth house [1] in mundane astrology rules “all public
places of enjoyment and recreation, parks, publicly owned state buildings,
national art galleries, etc.” Here Neptune [5pi] conjunct the star Fomalhaut
[4pi] is placed in the fifth. Alpha (α) Piscis Austrinus, Fomalhaut, is a
reddish star in the mouth of the Southern Fish, Piscis Austrinus [2]. Combining
the meaning of the fifth house with Neptune on the Southern Fish we begin to see
the possibility of an aquarium. But this possibility only turned into reality when the progessed MC
conjoined Neptune on August 5 and thereby triggered it.
Two other
points in the progressed chart deserve mention. First that the Uranus-Pluto
linked to scientific or technological breakthroughs reaches the horizon axis on the same day.
Second that Neptune which has reached the MC is square Saturn. Saturn with its connection to boundaries is
often associated with walls and containers while Neptune is, of course, water
so that an aquarium is one manifestation of the combination.
