President Obama would like to hold military talks
with Russia on Syria, and hopes they could take place "very shortly",
his Secretary of State John Kerry has said. The US has been concerned about
Russia's increased military presence in Syria. "We're looking for ways in

As I write this
post, this is “breaking news” on BBC. So what has suddenly caused a change of mind on Syria. Yesterday,
Mercury stationed retrograde and a chart for this event at Washington, DC has Mercury on the MC as
part of a T-square with Uranus-Pluto, a combination known to bring about an end
to old conditions. Here since Mercury is tied to the Uranus-Pluto square, it is
an end to an old way of thinking. Since the TNP Zeus (war) is conjunct Mercury,
we are looking at the possible collapse of the way the war was being conducted
in Syria.
