The meeting, which hosted top diplomats from the
United States, Russia, Iran, China, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Qatar, Lebanon
and France, continued in the Austrian capital for seven hours. Foreign
ministers taking part in the Syria talks in Vienna on Friday have worked out a
document to settle the Syria crisis, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter
Steinmeier told journalists. The talks are due to resume in two weeks in the

multilateral meeting in Vienna on Friday on how to end the four-year Syrian

recent events in our blogposts that were directly influenced by the September
eclipses. This is another of those
events. Shown here is the chart for the solar eclipse of September 13 at Vienna
which has been triggered into manifestation by transiting Mars and Venus over
the eclipse degree in the last few days of October.
In a previous
post [1] describing the effect of the solar eclipse on the US
Sibly, we wrote:
The solar eclipse of Sept. 13 fell on the
radix Neptune [22vi] square Mars [21ge] (see chart). It fell conjunct the star
Denebola [22vi]. About this area Nick Fiorenza [1] writes:
Zosma, Chort and Denebola are a triangle of
stars that form the hind of the Lion. Denbola is the tail. Zosma and Chort can
indicate being diverted due to toxic congestion. This area of late Leo is of
foul breezes and smoke screens. It is also of those behind the scenes, of
political, religious figures manipulating the affairs of the world for personal
motive while offering salvation from the human struggle. Southern Velorum, the
sail of the Argo, is of evolutionary currents that are transcendent to the
diversionary spectacle above. These stars create a diverse polarity of energy
that set Leo’s “back stage.”
An eclipse falling on a radix planet stirs
it up and has this quality of unraveling issues that we have not been ready to
face. Here not only are the deceitful intentions (Neptune) of the war god
(Mars) brought into scrutiny but
weakened and even nullified (Neptune).
Since the eclipse places a Grand Cross on the
angles at Vienna, we can expect an event described by this Cross. The
Uranus-Pluto combination refers to war and violence while Mercury on the Ascendant
has a direct connection to “talks”. But then Mercury is amidst the stars of the
Virgin and the Herdsman. The Ascendant [13li] is conjunct the stars
Vindemiatrix (Al Muredin), epsilon Virginis [9li15] and omicron Hydrae
[10li30] - the evil headed monster. At
one extreme, the Virgin’s purity makes people self-righteous “holier-than-thou”
zealots persecuting those who in their eyes, do not adhere to their ideas of
morality and high standards (ISIS ?).
This leads to oppressions and struggles against them. As always with this
combination there are issues of violence, murder, mayhem vs peacemaking. But more positively, the peace seeking Virgin combined with the overlay of tropical
Libra, brings calm and balance to the passions of everyday life. This is the reason why the eclipse has made
the atmosphere in Vienna conducive for peace talks .
